Any employee designated by the head of the state department or agency as a primary employee to lobby on behalf of the department or agency or who is reasonably expected to lobby for more than 10 hours during a legislative session must register with the Commission within 15 business days of the convening of a regular legislative session. The department or agency shall also notify the commission in writing of any changes of its designees within 15 business days of the change.
Beginning with the 132nd Legislature (December 2024) these filings will be maintained on the Commission's Lobbyist Disclosure Website.

- Filter for Search Type
- Select ‘Lobbyist / Associate’
- A new filter type appears: Lobbyist Type
- Select ‘Legislative Designee’
