1. Petition for Maine Clean Election Act Eligibility – Kenneth Capron

Kenneth Capron is a 2026 Republican candidate for Governor who is seeking to qualify for Maine Clean Election Act (MCEA) funding. He paid for services from a political consultant through a transaction that may not meet seed money requirements. Mr. Capron has submitted a petition to remain eligible for MCEA funding.
