2. Request for Penalty Waiver – Hon. Laura Supica
Rep. Laura Supica, a 2024 candidate for the Maine House of Representatives, was required to file a 24-Hour Report on October 26, 2024. Her treasurer filed the report on January 22, 2025. Rep. Supica requests a waiver of the preliminary penalty of $1,938.64. Staff recommendation: the Commission staff recommends reducing the penalty to $300.

Eaton requests a waiver of the preliminary penalty of $1,117.21. Staff recommendation: the Commission staff recommends reducing the penalty to $300.
