- Pre- and Post-Election Reports
Political action committees and political party committees will be required to file 11-Day Pre-Special Election and 42-Day Post-Special Election Campaign Finance Reports on paper forms. Only contributions and/or expenditures made for the purpose of influencing the House District 45 Special Election need be reported. Links to download the report forms are below.
- Independent Expenditure Reports
Registered PACs and party committees may file independent expenditure reports in the campaign finance e-filing system.
Individuals or organizations which are not registered with the Commission must file the independent expenditure report on paper. A link to download the report form is below.
Committees and others making independent expenditures are advised to be aware of the requirement to list their top three funders under certain circumstances. Please refer to the Commission's guidance.
- 24-Hour Reports of Contributions and Expenditures
Registered PACs and party committees may file 24-Hour Reports in the campaign finance e-filing system. If it is necessary to file a 24-Hour Report on paper, a link to download the form is below.
All financial activity disclosed in these reports must also be reported in the committees' next regularly scheduled campaign finance report. Expenditures and contributions entered into the campaign finance e-filing system (for Independent Expenditure and 24-Hour Reports) is automatically saved and entered in the the next regularly scheduled campaign finance report.
