This is the first official meeting of the Franklin and Somerset Counties STEM Pilot Project and will be a virtual meeting utilizing the Zoom platform (link below). This pilot project will fund vocational and innovative programs in science, technology, engineering and math for students in the Franklin and Somerset Counties' School Districts. The projects Governing Board and advisory members will develop a multi-year plan to connect students in Franklin and Somerset Counties with career exploration programming, paid internships and scholarships for Maine Community Colleges serving students from these counties. Funding is from the New England Clean Energy Connect.
