The 2024 Maine Shared Community Health Needs Assessment (Maine Shared CHNA) Community Engagement process has concluded for this assessment cycle. We thank everyone for providing insights about health and well-being in your community through participation in our focus groups, interviews, and survey. 

Update Presentations on the 2022 Maine Shared CHNA Reports

This year we are partnering with the Public Health District Coordinating Councils (DCCs) to provide updates on how the hospitals, Districts, Community Action Programs, and other partners have addressed the 2022 MeSCHNA priorities and MeCAP’s Community Needs Assessment priorities. These updates will take place at the DCC summer and fall meetings. We encourage you to attend to learn more about the progress made in your County over the past few years.
