- Weekly Dashboard (updated Mon-Fri) *Beginning April 1, 2021, MDOC’s Daily Dashboard will become a Weekly Dashboard, updated every Friday rather than every weekday.
Effective July 30, 2021 (in place until further notice):
- All staff (including contracted staff) residents, vendors, visitors, and any others at an MDOC facility will be required to wear a face covering while indoors, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status
- At any time, the facility or region CAO may implement a heightened PPE requirement due to a site-specific COVID-19 situation
Visitation Update (July 10, 2021):
- Beginning July 26, 2021, MDOC facilities will begin offering in-person, contact visitation for COVID-19 vaccinated MDOC residents and approved COVID-19 vaccinated visitors.
- Visitors will be required to abide by the Department’s COVID-19 entrance and screening protocols upon arrival at the facility, which may include completion of the COVID-19 screening form and compliance with hand hygiene and face covering protocols.
- Visitors will be required to provide verification of their COVID-19 vaccination status prior to their scheduled contact visit.
- Any visitor scheduled for contact visitation who is unable to provide proof of vaccination status will be rescheduled for a non-contact visit.
- In-person, non-contact visitation will continue to be offered at each facility for those residents and visitors not currently vaccinated against COVID-19.
