Pursuant to Section 18 of Maine Insurance Rule Chapter 440, the public is notified that any claim to be asserted against the Maine Workers' Compensation Residual Market Pool, the mechanism responsible for issuing worker's compensation insurance between January 1, 1988 and December 31, 1992 for Maine employers that could not otherwise purchase such insurance on the voluntary market, must submit such a claim in writing by email to John F. Lambert, Jr. - jlambert@lambertrudman.com by 4 p.m., September 15, 2026.
Any claim that is not presented in writing by that date and time is forever barred.
