Collect Pros, LLC; 12924 Pierc Street #101; Pacoima, CA 91331-2526

August 30, 2017

1) On April 24, 2017 the Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection (the Bureau) mailed to Collect Pros, LLC (Collect Pros), a licensed debt collector in the State of Maine, a ?Notice of Routine Compliance Examination Letter and Questionnaire? attempting to set up a compliance examination of Collect Pros. A response was required by May 26, 2017. No response was received by the Bureau.

2) A second notice was sent to Collect Pros by the Bureau by certified mail on June 21, 2017. The certified mail receipt shows the letter was received by Collect Pros. No response to that letter was received by the Bureau.

3) On August 15, 2017 the Bureau received a bond cancellation notice for Collect Pros statutorily required surety bond.

4) Review of the on-line records of the State of Nevada, the state in which Collect Pros was established show the LLC was dissolved on March 1, 2017.

5) The State of Maine Bureau of Corporations revoked the authority of Collect Pros to do business in Maine as a foreign LLC on August 28, 2017 for failure to file an annual report.

6) Title 32 M.R.S. ? 11032 requires a licensee as a debt collector to maintain a surety bond as a condition of licensure.

7) The licensee having been dissolved, there no longer exists an entity which can be licensed. NOW, THEREFORE, the debt collector license ( DCL 13433) for the above-named company and its ability to conduct debt collection with respect to Maine consumers, is hereby terminated, effective August 28, 2017.

NOTICE OF APPEAL

Any party aggrieved by this order may appeal to the Superior Court pursuant to 5 M.R.S. ??11001-11008 et seq. within 30 days of receipt of this Order. Any other person aggrieved shall have 40 days from the date the Order was rendered to petition for review.
