Rules & Procedures
The MLRB Rules and Procedures deal with the Board's various roles in the collective bargaining process in public sector employment. The MLRB Rules are contained in four chapters. Please note that Chapter 10 contains rules and definitions, such as computation of time periods, that apply throughout the MLRB Rules.
