This page allows for searches of the Maine Labor Relations Board (MLRB) case decisions database. The database consists of MLRB Hearing Examiner decisions, MLRB decisions, appeals of MLRB decisions decided by the Maine Superior Court and the Maine Supreme Judicial Court (Law Court) and a few select related cases.
This search feature uses the Google search engine. Below are some search tips:
- Quotes: Use quotes (“ ”) to search for an exact phrase
- Example: “impact bargaining”
- AND: Use AND to search for results that contain both words/phrases on each side of the AND
- Example: impact AND bargaining
- OR: Use OR to search for results that contain either words/phrases on each side of the OR
- Example: impact OR bargaining
- Asterisk: Use an asterisk (*) within quotes to substitute for an unknown word
- Example: “request to * bargain”
To search within any of the decisions in the search results, open the linked decision then press the Ctrl key and F (Cmd + F on Apple™ computers). Please note, search results may contain multiple pages, which may be scrolled through by clicking the numbered links at the bottom of the page.
