Logging Dispute Resolution Board Filing

The Logging Dispute Resolution Board (LDRB) has the authority to decide disputes related to wage violations, payout amounts, contracts violations, or disputes related to hiring.  To file a complaint with the Logging Dispute Resolution Board, please follow these steps:

  • Review the LDRB Rules which govern the filing of complaints – see BAC Rules, Chapter 3.
  • Complete and sign LDRB Form 1 and draft a Concise Statement of Facts.
  • To e-file the complaint (LDRB Form 1 and Concise Statement of Facts), email a copy to ldrb@maine.gov and to the respondent. Note: The complaint will not be considered officially filed with the LDRB until a hard copy has been placed in the mail or otherwise delivered to the respondent.
  • To file by mail, please send a copy to the board at this address:
