Maine WIC Nutrition Program
State Plan
The Maine Department of Health and Human Services, Center for Disease Control, Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) State Plan is submitted by August 15 annually to the US Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Services for approval of program operations. Public comment is solicited on State Plan changes. The dates for public comment for FFY23 State plan is June 29-July 31, 2022.
Any comments on the State Plan may be submitted to wic.maine@maine.gov.
