Maine Drinking Water Program 24 Hour Emergency Number: (207) 557-4214
The Drinking Water Program has adopted an Emergency Response Plan and a 24 hour emergency phone number. The DWP can be reached 24 hours a day for emergency purposes at (207) 557-4214. We can also be reached during regular business hours on our main line at (207) 287-2070. The document links below contain information to assist public water systems in preparing their own emergency response plan.
