Road Permit Application RP-3313: Burnt Jacket Holding I, LLC has submitted an application seeking approval to construct an approximately 4,000-foot-long private road on their 1,423.5-acre parcel in the Town of Beaver Cove, Piscataquis County. The lot is identified as part of Lot 1 on Map 1 by the Town of Beaver Cove and described in Piscataquis County Registry of Deeds Book 2873, Page 52. The proposed road would be located in the General Management (M-GN) Subdistrict.

Building Permit BP 17544, issued on August 22, 2024, previously authorized residential development on this parcel.
