Replacement Zoning for the Whetstone Pond, Foss Pond, and Hilton Ponds Lake Concept Plan

Linkletter & Sons, Inc., the owner of the parcels in Kingsbury Plantation subject to the Whetstone Pond, Foss Pond, and Hilton Ponds Lake Concept Plan (Concept Plan), decided not to renew the Concept Plan and accompanying Resource Plan Protection Subdistrict (P-RP), which expired on May 19, 2020. Commission staff prepared zoning to replace the P-RP Subdistrict upon expiration.

At the March 11, 2020 meeting, the Commission voted to adopt the proposed zoning to replace the expiring Whetstone Pond, Foss Pond, and Hilton Ponds Concept Plan in Kingsbury Plantation. The replacement zoning became effective May 19, 2020 upon expiration of the existing zoning.
