Upcoming Events: -Anthem tentatively awarded Medicare contract. Click here for the informational meeting schedule. -Open enrollment for Long-Term Care Insurance has been extended until midnight on November 6th! -The Anthem Vision open enrollment is being held now through November 13. All changes made during open enrollment will take effect January 1, 2010. -2009 Seasonal Flu Shot Clinics for Augusta and outside Augusta. Special notice (regarding seasonal flu vaccine shortage). -Flex spending open enrollment will be coming next month....watch for more details! New items of interest.... -New Walk-In Centers in Anthem Network (This information can also be found at Anthem's website.) -Employee Health & Benefits Newsletter: Summer, 2009 edition -Preferred Hospital List - effective August 1, 2009. -Join the Diabetes Self-Management Program and save money at the pharmacy too! First-time enrollees may enroll in the basic program. Graduates of the basic program may now enroll in the TDES2 program. The forms for both programs may be found on our Health Benefits page.
