Board Meeting Information

All meetings are open to members of the public for observation but not for participation. If you plan to attend this meeting, please contact the Board's office 24 hours in advance to confirm the meeting will take place as scheduled. Board Meeting General Information:

• Board staff have established the Zoom meeting to allow public observation only.
• In the event that the Board enters an executive session, the meeting will remain live on Zoom, but the camera and microphone will be turned off until the Board resumes a public session of the meeting.
• The Board meeting will be conducted with Board members displayed visually in the Boardroom. 

• For Board members and Board staff who are participating in the meeting here are some helpful hints: 

  All phones/cell phones should be on mute at this time. Thank you

  If anyone requires a bathroom break, please speak up and request a break in the meeting. 

• Members of the public who are attending the meeting in-person are cautioned not to speak during the meeting as it may be picked up by the microphone and unnecessarily disrupt the meeting.
• Members of the public who are attending the meeting in-person are cautioned not to approach the Board members or to engage them in discussion. Board members attending to conduct the business of the Board, and the Board staff are attending to support the Board in conducting its business.
• Access to the Board staff offices is restricted to Board staff and Board members.
• Attendees who act in a manner that disrupts the Board meeting will be removed, whether they are attending virtually or in person.
