Waiver 101 Overview Training

Intended Audience: Developmental Services Case Managers which includes Individual Support Coordinators (ISC) and Community Case Managers.

This training is an introductory course for Waiver Services and processes for Section 21 and Section 29 - Home and Community Based Services and Support Services for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Participants will learn how to complete documentation and submit packets for:

• Applications
• Initial Classifications
• Changes in Service and
• Reclassifications

This course is designed for new Community Case Managers within their first six (6) months of hire.
