Adult 317 Vaccine Program

The Maine Immunization Program provides a limited amount of 317 adult vaccine at no cost to interested providers. 317 adult vaccine may be given to any adult 19 years and older who is either uninsured or underinsured.

If you are currently enrolled in the Maine Vaccines for Children Program (VFC), and would also like to order adult vaccines (HPV, Tdap, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Meningococcal ACWY, Meningococcal serogroup B, Pneumococcal 20-valent conjugate, Shingles, MMR, and Varicella) for your uninsured and underinsured patients aged 19 years and older, please contact Valerie MacKenzie, Valerie.MacKenzie@maine.gov. If you are not currently enrolled in the VFC Program and only have interest in providing adult vaccines to eligible patients, please complete the enrollment form below.
