10 day notification of convictions, discipline & material changes

Statutory Changes PL Chapter 217 – Part C amends the Architect, Landscape Architect and Certified Interior Designer License Law – effective October 9, 2013:

Part C-1 & 2 of PL Chapter 217 repeal the “Corporation and Partnership” provisions and C-3 enacts a provision to clarify that only a license may only be issued to an individual and a “firm, corporation, company, partnership or limited liability company may not be licensed under this chapter”.

C-4 repeals the requirement for an architect or landscape architect license applicant to submit an impression of the required seal to the board
