How long to I have to decide which benefits I'd like to enroll in?
You have 60 days from your original date of hire to enroll in the health, dental, vision insurance plans as well as the flexible spending accounts.
When does my insurance become effective?
Your insurance becomes effective the first of the month following one month of employment.
Are there any waiting periods for certain services on the insurance plans?
No. Once your coverage becomes effective you have access to all services provided.
