RealPlayer
Plays audio and video files on the Internet or local files on your computer. Basic version is free.

Quicktime
Apple's QuickTime program plays multimedia files on Mac or PC.

Word Viewer
Allows you to open and view Microsoft Word documents if you do not have Microsoft Word software. Free.

Excel Viewer
Allows you to open and view Microsoft Excel documents if you do not have Microsoft Excel software. Free.

PowerPoint Viewer
Allows you to open and view Microsoft PowerPoint files if you do not have Microsoft PowerPoint software. Free.

Visio Viewer
Allows you to open and view Microsoft Visio documents if you do not have Microsoft Visio software. Free.
