BANK SUPERINTENDENT'S NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES
Northeast Bank, Lewiston, Maine, notified the Superintendent of the Bureau of Financial
Institutions, pursuant to Title 9-B M.R.S. §336, of its intent to close its Hanison branch located at 46 Main Street, Hanison, Maine.
You may request that the Bureau of Financial Institutions require Northeast Bank to submit a comprehensive application in support of its proposal through Thursday, July 29, 2021, pursuant to the provisions of Title 9-B M.F .. S. §336. Written comments should be submitted to the Bureau of Financial Institutions, 36 State House Station, Augusta, Maine 04333-0036 and electronic comments may be filed through the Bureau's website at http://www.maine.gov/pfr/financialinstitutions/index.shtml.
