Manufactured Housing Program

The Manufactured Housing Program (MHP) regulates manufactured housing to ensure it is safe from hazardous defects, provides uniform performance standards for construction and installation of manufactured housing, and enforces a safe and sanitary environment for residents of manufactured housing communities.

MHP was created from the Manufactured Housing Board in the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation (DPFR). MHP joined MOCA in July 2026.
