The Maine Uniform Building and Energy Code (MUBEC) is a compilation of rules that govern the adoption, implementation and enforcement of national model codes and standards, as amended by the Technical Building Codes and Standards Board.  Below you will find links to the amendments along with links to the documents which they amend,

• 2019 ASHRAE 62.2 (Ventilation and Acceptable Indoor Air Quality in Low-Rise Residential Buildings) 

• OR the CSA-F326-M91 Canadian Standards Association Standard for Residential Mechanical Ventilation Systems (Alternative to ASHRAE 62.2) 

• 2019 ASHRAE 90.1 (Energy Standard for Buildings except Low-Rise Residential Buildings) editions without addenda.
