The Maine Office of Community Affairs administers training for Code Enforcement Officers (CEOs), Third Party Inspectors (TPI), and Local Plumbing Inspectors (LPI) as required by statute (30-A M.R.S. §4451). Trainings are also open to builders, design professionals, and other members of the public as space allows.
