Date:
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
The Maine Labor Relations Board will conduct a training for labor-management practitioners on June 6, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. which will include the following:
- Review of Board resources, procedures, and filing options including recent updates to the Board’s procedural rules
- Summary of recent Board and Hearing Examiner decisions
- Discussion of ongoing litigation involving the constitutionality of the National Labor Relations Board
Free CLE Credit: The training will be provided free-of-charge and you will be able to attend either in person or remotely. For Maine attorneys, we are approved for up to 1.75 CLE hours.
In-person Location Change: Please note, while the in-person location was originally scheduled to be held at the Maine Department of Labor, the DOL room is no longer available due to a maintenance issue. As a result, space permitting, we will conduct the in-person session at:
Maine Labor Relations Board (Hearing Room)
19 Elkins Lane, Second Floor
Augusta
If we wind up with too many in-person attendees for the MLRB offices, we’ll convert to an entirely remote session. We’ll update the attendees once the plans are finalized.
Please RSVP via email to neil.daly@maine.gov if you plan on attending. In your email, please note whether you plan to attend in person or remotely and please provide your bar number if you are a Maine attorney and would like to receive CLE credit.
