File Claims Online or by Phone During Veterans Day Holiday Observance

The Maine Department of Labor and the Bureau of Unemployment Compensation will be closed on Monday, November 12, in observance of Veterans Day.

Although the office will be closed, initial and continued Unemployment Claims may be filed online at http://www.maine.gov/labor/unemployment/benefits.html .

Continued claims may also be filed using the automated teleclaim system by calling 1-800-593-7660.

Department of Labor offices will reopen on Tuesday, November 13, 2012.
