Occupational Injuries and Illnesses in Maine

The information in the annual publication Occupational Injuries and Illnesses in Maine represents the most accurate yearly measure of the rate at which injuries and illnesses occur in Maine workplaces. The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 requires covered employers to maintain records of work-related injuries and illnesses. The information is based on the annual survey of selected employers.
