Bird Biologists at the Park!

On Saturday, October 7, Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife bird biologists and other bird enthusiasts are taking over the Park to bring a full day of bird nerd fun to our visitors!

Come visit to listen in on presentations about great blue heron research, Endangered shorebird conservation, native songbird diversity, and more! Take part in a variety of family-friendly bird activities and get a unique view of songbirds, birds of prey, gamebirds, and more as your tour the Park.

There will also be interesting animal artifacts to investigate, and additional talks to attend by our knowledgeable Park staff!

All presentations are included in the regular cost of admission to the Park, and there is no registration required.
