Hilary Landfried is the Deputy Director of Climate Planning and Community Partnerships and leads the climate team. Hilary joined GOPIF in 2025 as the Climate Policy Advisor and Maine Climate Council Coordinator. Prior to joining GOPIF, Hilary led the development of over $1.7 billion in U.S. federal investments in food security, climate resilience, and sustainable agriculture at USAID and USDA, managed market entry and field trials in emerging markets for clean energy technologies, and was on the founding team of a nonprofit focused on global policy innovation. She holds an MPA from Princeton University with a focus on environmental policy.
