Maggie Kelly-Boyd is the Natural Resources Climate Policy Advisor with the Governor’s Office of Policy Innovation and the Future. In this role, she supports state policy and programs related to natural resources, climate change issues, and climate adaptation for Maine’s natural resource industries and communities. Prior to GOPIF, Maggie was the Climate Resilience Lead for FB Environmental Associates, a Maine-based environmental consulting firm specializing in environmental planning and assessment. Maggie brings experience working with Maine’s communities to assess vulnerabilities from impacts of climate change and improve community resilience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Conservation Biology from St. Lawrence University.
