On Monday, November 7, 2022, Kepro upgraded their web-based platform to Atrezzo Next Generation (ANG). The ANG platform is an improved interface with enhanced security features such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
As part of the ANG upgrade, Kepro’s Create a Case Wizard Enhancement will improve user experience by guiding the user through submitting a request in a step-by-step manner, rather than requiring the user to expand individual ribbons to input information.
