Reminder: Primary Care Plus (PCPlus) Orientation Events
PCPlus is MaineCare’s new value-based approach to support the primary care system, improve healthcare quality, and reduce inefficient health care spending. PCPlus gives primary care providers greater flexibility and incentives to meet MaineCare members’ healthcare needs.
Over 230 primary care practices are expected to participate in PCPlus starting July 1, 2022. Participation includes:

To support providers who intend to utilize an alternate/third-party vendor to meet EVV requirements, we are offering a series of Town Hall Sessions facilitated by Sandata’s Technical Support Team. These Town Hall Sessions are geared toward third-party vendors, but any provider delivering services subject to EVV requirements is welcome to attend.

Attention Children’s Residential Care Facility (CRCF) Providers
CRCFs, also referred to as Private Non Medical Institution (PNMI) Appendix D facilities, serve children with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and children with co morbid diagnoses and treatment needs. MaineCare Benefits Manual Chapter II, Section 97, Appendix D identifies CRCFs as either having an Intellectual Disability/Developmental Disability (ID/DD) or Mental Health (MH) model of service.
2022 Podiatry Code Rate Update, CR 109908
Effective June 1, 2022, the revised rates for Chapter III Section 95: Podiatric Services codes have been updated in MIHMS retroactively to January 1, 2022.
