Good afternoon,
Just a quick reminder that tomorrow is the last day for workers to fill out the DHHS Telework Approval Forms which can be found at the Office Re-entry Planning for DHHS site. We encourage you all to fill it out, even if you prefer not to telework. After tomorrow, this Form will be used for updated and adjusted schedules, new workers, and workers whose supervisors subsequently determine that they are eligible for telework.
If you have questions about your own eligibility for telework, check with your supervisor. We have posted the answers to 34 commonly asked questions about the policy here. And, if you have questions on the Form, please send them to opex.dhhs@maine.gov.
To date, 2,285 Forms have been submitted and 1,355 have been approved. We are excited to move to the next phase focused on approvals in July. We’ll keep you posted in future Re-entry Updates on approvals and plans for September.
