Hemlock woolly adelgid is a serious threat to Maine's hemlocks. Come and learn some of the options as a homeowner or small woodlot owner that can be part of a response to the invasive and destructive insect.

Colleen has been a forest entomologist for the Maine Forest Service for over a decade. Much of her work has been with invasive forest insects including emerald ash borer and hemlock woolly adelgid, among others.
