Join Inland Fisheries & Wildlife Private Lands Biologist Kelly McNutt and Maine Forest Service District Forester Allyssa Gregory for an interpretive hike at Mill Spring Preserve, on the scenic North Haven Island. Kelly and Allyssa will guide participants through the preserve; and offer recommendations for the site. Participants will learn how to steward their land for wildlife and healthy, diverse forests. The pair will discuss relevant practices, programs, cost-shares, and resources to help woodland owners accomplish their forest goals. This program is offered in partnership with North Haven Conservation Partners.

Please note: Additional information about parking and what to wear/bring will be sent to participants by email one week before the workshop. It is essential that you register. This is a FREE workshop but will require that participants secure their own transportation to/from North Haven and Mill Spring Preserve.
