The Washington County Soil and Water Conservation District, alongside USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Maine Woodland Owners, Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry (DACF), and Woodland Pulp LLC., are excited to announce the first of many forestry classes for Washington County landowners.
This event is FREE, and an informative, class-style opportunity for foresters to learn about what they can do with their land, while meeting experts who can help them achieve their goals. The event will be held in the Hillgrove Community Center, located in Whitneyville.
