Our EAP program is a separate program from the mental health benefits available under our health insurance plan. In order to be eligible for our EAP program benefits, you must first contact the program at 1-800-451-1834 and the EAP counselor you work with must be a counselor approved and referred by our EAP program vendor.
Program Benefits Include: Voluntary, confidential and there is no cost to you, your household members or your dependents for up to 8 visits with an EAP counselor.
