JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is professional services work in administering, planning, coordinating, negotiating, and monitoring the delivery of services purchased through an assigned program or service area. Responsibilities include providing administrative support in the implementation of program services which involve social services, fiscal contract review, and amending or approving changes in fiscal agreements with service provider agencies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

In order to qualify, you must have six (6) years of education and/or professional experience in social services casework, social services program development/delivery, or social services related fiscal/budget administration/analysis work.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

TYPICAL DUTIES in this job classification include:

Conducts and facilitates fiscal and program development meetings.
Provides information, policy, and good contract compliance to workers, supervisors, and community provider agencies.
Records and disseminates outcome of contract review.
Develops and prepares training materials in order to provide training to external resources and agency employees.
Collects data regarding contract review process and social service programs.
Reviews and analyzes program policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Receives and collects program reports, data, and related information.
Reviews and assesses information, statistics, data, and narratives regarding type, nature, and frequency of services delivered.
