JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is professional services work in evaluating and conducting audits of course requirements for prelicensure and license renewals and to develop and modify training curricula for professional practice review educational programs for allied health related professionals, and to conduct education audits.  Responsibilities include serving as a technical training advisor to the program administrator, instructors, and sponsors, and to interpret laws and rules on course requirements.  Evaluate computer software changes to determine implications and impact on workflow, test and troubleshoot software problems and make recommendations for corrective actions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

In order to qualify, you must have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Development, a Social Science, Business/ Public Administration, or related field and two (2) years staff development experience to include assessing training needs, developing training curricula, and implementing training programs for adults. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.

Preference will be given to those candidates who possess experience in adult or professional level development and conducting education audits.

Write and prepare disciplinary consent agreements for noncompliance with education audits or other similar actions and ability to testify before a regulatory body during an adjudicatory proceeding.
