Property Management

The Bureau of General Services/Property Management Division's mission is to provide the proper and safe operation of all state owned buildings in multiple complexes. The division is charged with performing maintenance items such as grounds work, housekeeping, boiler, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing operations, lock shop and automated building environmental control/security systems services for the buildings. The division is also responsible for estimating construction and renovation costs, executing contracts for services, evaluating divisional programs and initiating projects.
