The Claims Management Unit operates under a case management system. Individual case managers process the file from start to finish. Claim administrators benefit from having a single point of contact in the Claims Management Unit.
Payment documents and petitions must be filed with the Workers’ Compensation Board’s Central Office and are considered filed upon receipt by mail, hand delivery, fax, or electronic transfer (email to Forms.WCB@maine.gov) —duplicate paper copies of electronically submitted forms will not be accepted.
Please note, the Workers' Compensation Board does not administer workers' compensation claims for State of Maine employees.
