2024-2027 Unified State Plan Modification  is available for review (PDF).

As part of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, the state is required to develop a four-year workforce development plan that identifies state goals and strategies for each four-year period. The 2024-2027 Unified State Plan Modification was developed by the WIOA State Plan Steering Committee, which consists of members from the State Workforce Development Board, Maine Department of Labor’s Bureau of Employment Services and Bureau of Rehabilitation Services, Maine Department of Education’s Adult Education office, and the local workforce boards.
