On December 30, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., a Presiding Officer of the Maine Commission on Public Defense Services (“Commission”) will convene an adjudicatory hearing to receive evidence and decide whether grounds exist to suspend Jeffrey Toothaker, Esq. (Bar # 7523) from rosters of candidates for acceptance of assignments from the Commission.
The hearing will be held via Zoom.
