Annual renewal for 2024 is now open. Renewal applications are due July 15, 2024.
We strongly recommend you log in to our web portal before filling this form out. Doing so will populate this form with your existing personal information and will save your submission data in a way that is accessible to you in the future. This means that if you log in to your web portal account before filling out and submitting your first renewal submission and that submission is rejected for any reason (insufficient CLE credits, misspelled name, etc.) you will not have to fill the entire form out again. You will only need to make the necessary corrections and resubmit. This feature may not be available if you do not log in to your account first.
You may only submit this renewal application using the webform on this page. PDS will not be accepting renewal applications in paper or any other form. Additionally, only the attorney named on the application may complete and sign it.
After you submit your application you will be redirected to a confirmation page and you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you designated for PDS use. If you do not receive a confirmation email and are not redirected to a confirmation page, your application was not submitted.
