Hearing Information
The 2024 Annual Public Hearing of the Office of the Health Insurance Marketplace was held on September 25th, 2024 at 1:00pm. Staff from the office began the meeting with an update on the office's activities and new data analyses created in 2024, and then opened the floor for public comments.

Prescription Drug Affordability Board
The Maine Prescription Drug Affordability Board (MPDAB) was established in 2019 pursuant to MRS Title 5 Chapter 167-1. The Maine Office of Affordable Health Care provides staffing support to the Board.
MPDAB Mission: To determine annual spending targets for prescription drugs purchased by Maine public payers and make recommendations to achieve the targets.
