In 2021, the Maine legislature created the Office of Affordable Health Care when it enacted P.L. 2021 Chapter 459, Section 3.
2026 Annual Public Hearing
The Office of Affordable Health Care will hold its annual public hearing on September 23rd, 2026 at 1:00pm. Members of the public are invited to provide comments in person, virtually, or in writing.
