2026 Public Hearing 

The 2026 Annual Public Hearing of the Office of Affordable Health Care will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 23rd. Staff will begin the meeting with an update on the office's activities and new data analyses, and then open the floor for public comments. Any interested parties may attend and speak in person or virtually, or submit written comments to the office by Friday, October 2nd. 

The meeting will be held in the Maine A/B conference room at the Department of Health and Human Services building at 109 Capitol Street in Augusta.
